Getting Vietnam Visa in Wellington, USA

1/ Is there any other way to get a visa for my visit to Vietnam besides the Visa-on-line service or visiting the embassy in Wellington?

No, it isn't. These are 2 traditional ways to apply Vietnam visa as you know.

2/ What happens if I get the visa and I need to change the travel dates?

Please note neither earlier arrival nor later exit is acceptable. You will be allowed to travel within the validity of your visa only. Thus, you are highly recommended to provide the soonest date of arrival you or apply visa once the flight schedule is fixed.

3/ I am going to HCH city and surrounding areas so what innocculations do I need? Do I need to have a health certificate showing what innocculations I've had?

You are recommended to ask your doctor's advice for some necessary inoculations which would be helpful in Southest Asia countries in the rainy season. With some specific drugs, you should prepare in advance. Otherwise, you can buy in Vietnam when needed.

If you wish to bring them with you, there are two ways to be accepted at Vietnam customs' check point:

1. Your medicine is approved by Vietnam Ministry of Health's Pharmaceutical Management Department to be imported to Vietnam with exact the names, the quality and quantity as stated.

2. Your medicine is well recognized and approved by international health organizations to be imported to another country with exact the names, the quality and quantity as stated.

From your countries and the countries that you transit, please double check with the customs from each country.
