ビザについての質問
こんばんは、
私はペルー人で、カンボジアからホーチミンまでバスで到着します。ただし、ホーチミンから米国のニューアート空港まで直接戻る飛行機があります。事前にビザを取得する必要があるのか、それとも到着時に取得できるのか知りたいのですが、普通に入国する場合のみだと思いますが、取得しません。

We would like to confirm that Vietnam visa on arrival is only applicable for air travelers. Since you are entering Vietnam by crossing the land border, you do need to have the visa stamp in your passport before you arrive in Vietnam. For your case, you can either visit Vietnam Embassies/Consulates in Peru or in Cambodia, anywhere near you the most to apply for a visa first before coming to Vietnam.
