Vietnam visa application form
There are two common ways to get Vietnam visa, including visa on arrival and visa at Vietnamese representative offices.

General steps are as follows.
Step 1: Get and fill the visa application form from Vietnam representative offices. For Vietnam Embassies, please Click here.
Step 2: Submit the form filled with your original passport, 2 or 3 photos
- Prepare 25 USD in cash for a single entry visa.
- Or prepare 50 USD for 1-3 months multiple entry visa, 95 USD for 6 months multiple entry visa or 135 USD for 1 year multiple entry visa.
Step 3: Get the result via Vietnam Embassy or come directly to the office.
* Note that you may be required to send your passport off to Vietnamese representative offices located far away from your place via EMS. If you apply directly at the embassy, your information will then be sent to Hanoi for approval, so it takes about 5 – 10 working days (depending on the country you apply).

- Get the “Visa approval letter” within 1 or 2 working days via email.
Vietnam visa application form online:
The following steps are required:
Step 1: Apply visa online and make payment. You need to fill in the secure online form. It only takes a couple of minutes and pay the service fee. For service fees, click here.
Step 2: Get the “Visa approval letter” within 1 or 2 working days via email.
Step 3: Bring “Visa approval letter”, passport, 2 photos and stamping fee (in cash) to get your visa stamp at the Vietnam international airports. For stamping fees, click here.
