Thank you for your mail back, currently in Taipei and in July in HANOI, is it mandatory to have a tourist visa for a period of five days in Vietnam is from 10 to 14 July inclusive.

With this type, your visa will be valid from 10 Jul to 10 Aug 2016 and you may enter Vietnam anytime once within this granted period and stay until your visa expires on 10 Aug 2016.
