Thanks for reading. I am from China. My friend and I need to transfer in Noi Bai International Airport and stay there for about eight hours, but we won’t go outside the airport. I would like to know whether we need to apply for a Vietnam visa or not.

We will be on a cruise ship , stopping at two ports, but not staying on land. do we need a visa as alot of countries have the ship do this paperwork.

I will be travelling to Vietnam arriving via the Crystal Symphony Cruise ship on Dec 25, 2014 and leaving on the same ship on Dec 28 2014. I wish to obtain a Visa for Vietnam for Tourism. Please forward me an application form as all I can find on this web site is for arrival via aircraft.

Also please advise me of the correct address and fee for this service. Also forward me what documents and photographs I need for this service. As well is you would like a self addressed pre paid envelope to return my passport and Visa.

I am an American and in Shanghai, I hope to take the bus from Nanning,  China, to Hanoi and pick up the visa at the border. I understand I can’t pick up the visa at the border, but can you let me pick it up in Shanghai?

I am trying to apply for a visa for Vietnam on line, I am booked with G adventures tour group and traveling from Sihanoukville across the boarder to Chau Doc, when i fill in the form it asks for port of arrival, I would like to know which one i choose?

My husband and I are traveling via land from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh City, Vientnam in October this year. My understanding is that a visa approval letter applied for on line is not acceptable at a land crossing, only at the international airports. Would you please advise me how is the easiest and best way to apply for our visas for Vietnam please. I do not want to have any difficulty crossing the border from Cambodia to Vietnam. I have a couple of questions which I would appreciate if you could answer them.
I am planning to cross Ho Chi Minh from Siem Reap by bus, could you explain to me the visa procedures? I am a Mauritian holding a Mauritius Passport. I phoned the Vietnam Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and they say it cost rm400, is there any other way for me to get my visa?

Hello, I have only just received my passport back after applying for both my Indian and Chinese visas, and leave for China on Saturday 17th May. I am arriving in Vietnam by land on a tour so cannot get a paper visa and require a passport visa, however will need this for Saturday. How can I do this?

Hello, i am travelling with Vietnam Airlines from Paris to Singapore. I have a stopover in Ho Chi Minh City for 2 1/2 hours and will not be leaving the airport. Do i need a visa for that, and which one do i get.

I am travelling from the UK and will be arriving in Bangkok on 15 May 2014 to do some travelling.

On 22nd May I will be travelling on a private bus from Sihanoukville to Can Tho, and on 3rd June 2014 will be leaving Vietnam from Hanoi on an aeroplane to arrive in Vientiane .

I am confused as to how to fill in my online visa application. Please could someone contact me with more information.

I have valid multiple visa for Vietnam in my old passport. But due to some reason I have to make a new Passport and now I have both passport with me. Can I travel to Vietnam with both passport , and can transfer visa from my old passport to new passport at Airport? Please let me know if I need to follow any other process?
