How many photos are required to get the visa on arrival in Saigon? some people say two are necessary, others say 4.

Thank you for your email.
This is to inform that one 4x6cm sized photo with white background is enough for Vietnam entry/exit form per person at the arrival airport but we always recommend customers bring 2 photos in case.
