In the UK ,how do Chinese citizens apply for a visa of Vietnam?

hi I am holding the Chinese passport starting with E, I would like to get the approval letter and reference letter. Is this something you can help with? Thanks.

Chinese passport holder with E number passport living in London/UK, how to apply Viet Nam visa and travel to Hanoi from London? I could accept visa on arrival, but how could I apply approval letter from immigration office? It is really crazy policy for Viet Nam right now.

I am living in London holding Chinese passport and with British Resident Permit. I need to travel to Vietnam on July 28 together with my husband, how can I grant the visa to Vietnam?
