issues about apply visa on line ?

Buenas noches. Inicié la aplicacón para Visa a Vietnam para el 17 de Febrero hasta el 04 de Marzod de este año. Pude acompletar todo el formulario, pero al momento de pagar, me rechaza y aparece una leyenda de "Pago fallido, por favor recrée su perfil y reintente el pago". Es fallo mío, del sistema? hay alguna otra forma de hacer el pago? Inivio mi viaje el próximo 20 de Enero por el Sureste asiático y quiero llevar todos los datos conmigo. Ya tengo avión de entrada y salida y hoteles. Gracias de antemano por su atención.

1. Can UK passport holder apply online directly?

Yes, they are. Vietnam visa on arrival is currently applicable for every United Kingdom passport holder.

2. Can China & Hongkong passport holder apply online directly?

Please let us know from where they depart to Vietnam.

- If they take a flight from China mainland, Hong Kong and Macau, they might be asked for Vietnam visa stamp before departure, therefore, it is highly recommended to apply visa at Vietnam embassy/consulate in their country.

- If they depart from other countries, Vietnam visa on arrival is acceptable and they will get visa stamp upon Vietnam international airports.
