Need Help for visa information

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to apply visa for My boss who is Netherlands passport holder.

Pls help me how to get the visa for him as he is stay and work in Indonesia.

I want to do the visa for him once his ticket confirm as now the ticket is still wait list

Pls help me the step until finish and what is need by him to bring to the airport for the immigration check

This is to avoid any problem there so I have to check all detail first.

Pls also adv what is need to bring other document :

If for vacation

If for business

Bonjour monsieur, Je voudrais me renseigner auprès de l'ambassade Vietnam. J'ai fait une demande de visa à l'arrivée. J'ai reçu ma lette d'approbation mais il y a une petite erreur. Ma date de naissance sur le passport ne correspond pas avec celle sur la lettre d'approbation visa. Je suis né au 03/05/1980 et sur la lettre c'est 05/03/1980 (05 march 1980. J'ai pourtant bien vérifié avant de payer. Que dois je faire maintenant? J'attends votre aide avec impatience. Merci monsieur.

We would like to clarify you the steps to get visa on arrival as below:


STEP 1: Fill out the secure online form.

In this online form, kindly provide us the information, including name, passport number, and date of birth, nationality, gender, arrival date, exit date and type of visa. Please note that all information must be identical as your passport.


If you face any problems with the online form, kindly download another form to fill the information and then send to our email address.


STEP 2: Confirm and pay

Most of major credit cards and debit cards (Visa/ Master and American Express Card) are accepted.


STEP3: Receive and print the approval letter

Once you successfully apply, your visa application will be submitted to Vietnam Immigration Department. After your standard processing or urgent processing, we will send you an approval letter by email.


Then you just need to print the attachment file and prepare 01 passport photos (4cm x 6cm), entry and exit form, stamping fee to get visa stamped at Vietnam airport.


STEP 4: Get visa stamp upon arrival at Vietnam international airports

Show the approval letter, passport, photos, entry and exit form and stamping fee to get Visa stamped on your passport.
