Tôi là Monique van Elteren, người Hà Lan, 24 tuổi và sống ở Đà Lạt.
Mặc dù tôi đang dạy tiếng Anh nhưng tôi vẫn sống ở đây với mục đích du lịch.

1. Nếu đứa bé được sinh ra và người cha (người Việt) không thừa nhận đó là con ruột của mình thì việc cấp visa cho con tôi như thế nào?
2. Khai báo con sau khi sinh ở đâu và như thế nào?

You are advised to go to your country's consulate in Ho Chi Minh City to claim the Certificate of Citizenship and passport for your child.

2/If the baby is born and the father (vietnamese) will not recognize it as his own child, how is the visa arranged for my child?
After your child is accredited as Dutch citizen and have Dutch passport, you can go to Vietnam Immigration Department in Ho Chi Minh City to apply exit visa accordingly.
